Access is our loyalty programme, where every item you buy takes you a step closer to unlocking exclusive new rewards. Based on your annual spend, we will place you in one of our five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum or Private Client.

If you're new to Access, your tier is determined by the value of your first FARFETCH order. You'll be automatically enrolled into the loyalty programme after your first purchase.

Going forward, your tier is based on your spend during your membership year. You can upgrade at any time during your membership year. Learn about the Access tiers.

Rewards are an exclusive set of incentives for Access members. Each tier has an assigned set of rewards. The higher your tier the more rewards you receive. Compare rewards here.

Your available rewards are displayed on your Access dashboard, which you can find in your account.

Make sure you're subscribed to our push and email notifications, so you don't miss our time-sensitive rewards. You can check and update your communication preferences in your FARFETCH account.

Free shipping is available to Access tiers Silver, Gold, Platinum and Private Client. You can use this reward at any point during your loyalty year, once you've unlocked it on your Access dashboard.

Head to Orders & Returns in your account to start your return. If you need help, contact our global Customer Service team within 28 days and they'll process your return.

For us to prioritise your calls, you'll need to add your most frequently used phone number to your account details – don't forget to add your country code.

We use your shopping location to set your currency. You can change your location and currency settings on the header and footer on the FARFETCH website, just look for the flag icon. You can also update this in your shopping preferences in your account.

On the app, head to your account and update your location in My Location.

We'll do the hard work so you don't have to. Our system translates the value of your orders into a percentage and adds it to your Access spend. This means that every order counts, no matter which currency you shop in.

To change your location preference, select My Preferences in your account on Farfetch.com and update your 'country that I am based in'.

Of course. To opt-out of our loyalty programme, go to your Access dashboard and select 'Leave FARFETCH Access' at the bottom of the page. Please note, you can only do this on the FARFETCH website, not on the app.

Once we've processed your request to leave the Access programme, all of your accrued spend will be removed from your Access account and you'll lose your tier status.

If you change your mind, you can rejoin the loyalty programme by contacting our global Customer Service team. Please note, if you rejoin the Access programme you'll be treated as a new Access member and will not be able to reinstate your previous tier or spend value.
